As a Training Resultant and Certified Dream Coach®,
Cindy Sakai believes that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. She
inspires people to dream big and gain clarity on how to make it happen. As the
co-owner of a training and development company, TH!NK, LLC, Cindy inspires and
teaches leaders how to create their dream workplaces where team members love
coming to work and thrive during times of change.
TH!NK, LLC’s high-content programs help people build trust, have powerful
one-on-one conversations, and build stronger teams.
Since 2000, TH!NK, LLC has worked with organizations such
as the U.S. Army, Oceanic Time Warner Cable, McDonalds Restaurants of Hawaii,
YMCA and Goodwill Industries of Hawaii, to name a few. With experience in the
direct sales industry and as an officer of the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance
Sonoma-Marin Chapter, Cindy teaches direct sales professionals how to build
trust and loyalty with their customers and business partners.
Cindy holds an MA in Organizational Management and is
certified in the Leadership Development ProcessTM, the DISC system of
behavioral styles, the Dream Coach Process® and as a Trained
Purposeful Coach.
