Gale Bates is a corporate trainer, author and international business coach in direct sales. Gale partners with corporations and leaders who want to grow and increase their net worth.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with her unique Tutu Nene product line, marketed to museums and stores across the United States, culminating in her own successful Tutu Nene boutiques in Hawaii.

Fifteen years ago, she joined the direct selling industry and developed a million-dollar business reaching the #1 position in her company more than once. As a top leader, she created successful selling, sponsoring and coaching techniques that inspire women to achieve their goals.

In 2007, Gale became a solo-entrepreneur, expanding her business internationally in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. She launched MyMentorbiz coaching services and publishes a free bi-monthly newsletter, MyMentorbiz Bulletin for Direct Sales Entrepreneurs, helping women grow profitable, successful direct sales businesses.

Gale is a dual citizen of the United States and Australia, married with three grown children. She is a published direct sales industry writer participating in Build It Big: 101 Secrets From Top Direct Selling Experts, published by Dearborn Trade Publishing in 2005 and Coaching Now, a CD published by the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance in 2009. She is also the author of three published children’s books.
