Tammy Stanley directs The Sales Refinery, a sales training firm that assists direct sellers to generate more business through powerful marketing, selling and leadership strategies. Known for her captivating storytelling, she analyzes and presents the often overlooked fundamental aspects of the selling process.

Tammy has been coaching and training since 1994 and has a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of the direct sales professional. While raising four children and using word-of-mouth advertising as her only mode of marketing, Tammy built a multi-million-dollar direct sales organization, reaching her company’s Circle of Excellence seven years in a row. Her efforts earned numerous sales and leadership awards along with world travel, placing her in the top echelons of her field.

As a former senior executive in direct sales, Tammy believes sales people need more than motivation; they need the necessary tools to stop unproductive behaviors. Through her her free weekly ezine, keynote presentations, workshops, books and audio CDs, she inspires audiences to develop habits that yield success.

Tammy is passionate about business and is the author of the book, Carpe Phonum: How to Seize the Phone Even When You Lack Courage, published by TS Stanley, LLC in 2006.
